- Visit the official Karnataka RERA website.
- Open the section that lists registered projects.
- Search by project name, developer name or registration number.
- Open the project and review the approvals, land title, layout plan and completion date.
What to check
- The registration number matches the one in the brochure and sale agreement.
- The declared completion date is realistic.
- Quarterly progress updates are being filed.
- There are no pending complaints against the project or developer.
