Delete it yourself (takes a minute)
- Sign in, in the Eeloka Realty app or on eeloka.com → My Account.
- Open Profile.
- Under Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Or ask us to delete it
Email from the address on your account (or call ) and say you want your account deleted. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone, password)
- Your shortlist, saved searches and property alerts
- Your reviews, and listings you posted (or, if you ask, we keep the listings on the site without your details)
What may be kept
- Enquiries you already sent: the owner, agent or builder received them at the time.
- If you booked a property: the builder's booking, payment, receipt and tax-invoice records, which the law requires them to keep (usually up to 8 years). Ask the builder about these.
Staff and partners of a builder using Eeloka ERP: your login is managed by your company's ERP admin. Ask them to remove it, or contact us.
